How it works, step by step.

Four steps from sign-up to the first countersigned entry. Most departments are running by the end of the first afternoon.

Step 1

Get invited by your department

Departments enrol Dr Logbook for their trainees. Once enrolled, you receive an invitation by email and activate your account in a couple of minutes.

Step 2

Log a procedure

Structured forms, autocomplete, voice notes. Works offline; syncs when you reconnect.

Step 3

Get it countersigned

Your supervisor reviews and approves the entry from their phone. Authorship, supervisor, and timestamps are kept as a record of attestation.

Step 4

Export your portfolio when you need it

ESB, EBC, hospital review — one PDF, laid out for an examiner.
